CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Initially we define what type of brand it is, what is the customer profile that we want to focus on, where the brand is born, what are its products and/or services and the most important thing is what it wants to communicate. We always seek to understand what is the basis of the brand in order to know what is the ideal experience that we should offer through design. This initial process is carried out based on the information that the client shares with us. After this, we propose a design concept through visual references in which we show the client the design ideas in terms of distribution, color palettes, possible materials and thus define if the client feels identified with the concept for later whether to make our final design proposal. For this proposal we show the client through renderings, how the final project will look like with all the requirements and materials that were previously defined.

In the remodeling process, when looking to innovate a place that already exists, we base ourselves first on seeing the current state of the space and knowing what the client wants to offer. Sometimes clients want to keep furniture or elements that their business already has and we take that into account during the design process. Like the conceptual design, we show the client possible ideas through visual references to be clear about the style they want to show in their space. After this, we make a final design proposal through renderings based on the dimensions and requirements of the place, showing how it will look with all possible details. Upon having an approval of the project by the client, a schedule is made in order to have clarity in the delivery times. This may vary for each project. COMMERCIAL DESIGN

When we carry out a commercial project from scratch, the first thing we do is analyze the brand, the products, the target audience and understand what experience we want people to have in this place. We focus a lot on the “experience” since we have verified that it is the most powerful way to create emotional bonds between a product and the people who consume it. In this way we generate a connection between people and the place and therefore customers who always want to return. As a second step, we carry out a brainstorm with all the possible visual alternatives of shapes, colors, textures, figures, to be clear about the design concept that we are going to handle. Then, together with the client, we review this information and define what the determinants and requirements of the design will be in order to make a final proposal. For the final proposal, we deliver the renderings to the client where they can see the final result of the project in images in terms of distribution, finishes and materials. if there are adjustments or another element to add, it will be done at this point in the process. We will review with the client the execution and delivery times of the project in order to be clear about how and when it will be developed. Finally, the delivery is made based on what was signed in the contract.
