Cosmopolitan Interior Design is an award-winning full service interior design studio, based in Austin. Principal Designer Berenice Sanchez’s interior decorating qualifications and expertise has helped many people in the Austin area to achieve functional and luxurious spaces, from a single room to a complete home. No project is too big or too small. We meet your aesthetic and functionality of any style.

To understand the full scope of the project, we will offer a one-hour consultation at the project location, typically your home or office. We look forward to getting to know you as much as you want to get to know us!

Home Tour
During the in home consultation, we will take a brief tour of your home or office. This helps us understand the space, lighting and other elements that should be considered in the design plan. Your style and functionality for each space, along with identifying existing furnishings that should be included in the plan, are mutually determined. Inventory and photographs are taken, along with room measurements, so we can create an outstanding design just for you. Before the design process begins, both style and an investment are determined.
Investment
People are often shy to discuss an investment, but for both parties it is by far one of the most important aspects of your initial consultation. You may not know how much things cost and we can work with you to determine a budget that accomplishes your overall project goals.
You may choose to work on one space at a time or an entire home or business. The investment will determine the furnishings Cosmopolitan Interior Designs can include in the project.
Design Plan & Presentation
In our workshop, sketches, renderings and floor plans are created. We will pull together a variety of design and product options, all personalized for you. On our follow-up appointment, we reveal our recommendations for creating the space of your dreams. Together, we’ll make the selections and discuss any adjustments necessary to the design plan.
Reveal Day!
We’ll handle every last detail from sourcing to delivery and installation. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you can sit back and relax as your space is transformed into your dream home!
